With summer around the corner, the Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa, has refreshed the Terrace and Skelligs Pub menu to incorporate seasonal produce and sensational tastes to please any palate.
The new menu, available during lunch and dinner, showcases modern dishes expertly prepared by Chef Hansmann and her team. Be prepared to be blown away with exciting dishes including a new take on a Ham hock terrine or marinated scallops to start with. For main course choose from fresh salads, perfectly cooked steaks, appetising pastas and delicious main courses. And to end off a perfect meal – a decadent dessert including a red velvet berry cobbler; milk tart panna cotta or a Shiraz chocolate delight… to name but a few.
Your Pub favourites are still available including the famous Erinvale Burger with its signature 200g beef patty topped with crispy bacon, brown mushroom, melted cheddar cheese finished with homemade peppadew pesto.
