The Hotel is situated in its own working SylvanVale Vineyard in the Heart of the beautiful Stellenbosch Winelands. Wine tasting and sales of our award winning SylvanVale Wines take place 7 days a week from 11h00 onwards.
The restaurant’s focus is on bold flavours celebrating classic, uncomplicated dishes and fresh, clean tastes. Best described as a concept of food which is essentially simple, yet where flavour always comes first. In addition to the flavour combinations, the extensive wine list aims to compliment the theme and please the most discerning of palates. We strive to maintain the excellent tradition for which we were rewarded with the Diners Club International Best National Platinum Wine List of the Year Award for 2008.
The Flavours Restaurant also offers delightful al fresco dining options on the Vineyard Terrace and Guests can enjoy the cosy Cedarwood Lounge & Bar, which boasts one of the most comprehensive collections of Single Malt Whiskeys in the country.
